Slidell Man Indicted Charged With Raping 9-Year-Old
COVINGTON—District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Glenn Mills, 42, of Slidell, Thursday (Sept. 19) on charges of first degree rape and aggravated crime against nature.
Mills is accused of committing those crimes against a 9-year-old child in July of this year.
Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the grand jury.
