District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Jason Matthew Magee, III, 37, of Pearl River, Thursday (Sept. 21) on two counts of first degree murder.
Magee is accused of shooting his ex-wife, Jennifer W. Magee, and her boyfriend, Donald A. Gros, to death on June 19 this year.
