COVINGTON—District Attorney Warren Montgomery announces that a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Reuben Patrick Cousin, 23, of Slidell, Thursday (July 16) with second degree murder in the death of a Slidell man in April.
Cousin, also known as “Rambo,” is accused of stabbing to death Emanuel “Manny” Cousin (no relation), 22, of Slidell, during an incident in a Slidell home on April 23 at about 11 a.m.
Assistant District Attorney Tiffany T. Dover presented the case to the grand jury.
