FRANKLINTON—District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that a Washington Parish grand jury indicted Kendrick L. Baker, 27, of Bogalusa, Tuesday (Feb. 27) of first degree rape of a victim under 13.
Baker is accused of raping a 9-year-old girl in February 2017.
