COVINGTON—District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Joshua D. Jones, 34, of Folsom, Tuesday (June 11) with first degree rape of a victim under the age of 13 and molestation of a juvenile.
Jones is accused of raping and molesting a victim who was under 13 at the time of the alleged crimes, between December 7, 2015, and April 11, 2018.
Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the grand jury.
