District Attorney Warren Montgomery had the pleasure of chatting with John “Spud” McConnell on WLAE’s “The Spudcast”. He also explains the Expungement process and announces his Fresh Start Program which helps those who qualify, get their record cleared (expunged) at a great monetary discount and in one morning in September 2019. Mr. Montgomery states, “Studies tell us that people who have gone through getting their records expunged are more likely to get jobs and people who get jobs are less like to commit crimes.”
