District Attorney Warren Montgomery presented an outstanding achievement award to Franklinton Jr. High School student Jordan McKenzie. Each year, Mr. Montgomery recognizes students at junior high and high schools in Washington and St. Tammany Parishes for their excellence. The students are selected by school administrators for outstanding academic achievement, good citizenship, and leadership.
