COVINGTON—A St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted Cesar Roy Ronald Rivas Castillo, 38, of Covington, Thursday (Jan. 11) of second degree murder in the death of a man found in a vehicle on Airport Road north of Covington last September.
Castillo is charged with shooting to death Felipe Arnoldo Rodriguez Saucedo, who was found dead Sept. 19 in his vehicle in a ditch on Airport Road near Covington. Saucedo had fatal gunshot wounds to his head. Castillo was arrested three days later.
