FRANKLINTON—District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that a Washington Parish grand jury indicted Dakeithan D. Matthews, 22, of Bogalusa, Tuesday (Nov. 28) on charges of second degree murder and armed robbery with a firearm.
Matthews is accused of shooting to death Jon Kelly Smith, of Lumberton, Mississippi, and using the handgun to rob another victim on July 1 of this year.
