District Attorney Warren Montgomery was among the officials who gathered Friday (April 10) in Lacombe to celebrate the groundbreaking of Northshore Technical Community College’s new headquarters. The new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) building, located off Louisiana 434, will become the flagship campus of the community college, now based in Bogalusa. The project has been in the planning stage for about 10 years.
