PLEAD GUILTY IN ST. TAMMANY – Fentanyl Related Cases

Jovan Williams, age 25 of Covington, pled guilty as charged to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession of a firearm by a felon. He will receive a 12-year sentence on August 23, 2023. At the time of his plea, Williams also pleaded guilty as charged to possession of fentanyl and aggravated flight from an officer. District Judge John Keller presided over the case. Christina Fisher prosecuted the case.

Timothy Nolan, age 36, of Covington, pled guilty as charged to theft of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. The defendant admitted to stealing the gun and trading it for fentanyl; he will be sentenced to 10 years in prison on August 23, 2023. District Judge John Keller presided over the case. Christina Fisher prosecuted the case.

Kristopher Wild, age 27, of Mandeville, pled to 15 years in prison for multiple felonies: possession of fentanyl, simple burglary, introduction on contraband in parish jail and second-degree robbery. These crimes occurred between 2019 and June of this year. District Judge August J. Hand presided over the case. Assistant District Attorneys Amanda Gritten, Blake Peters and Taylor Nicholson prosecuted the cases.
