St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury Indicts Madisonville Man on 8 Counts of Sexual Acts Against Four Victims Under the Age of Thirteen
District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on May 4, 2023, a St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury indicted Kenneth Charles Caton, age 38 of Madisonville, for the following sexual acts that occurred in multiple locations in St. Tammany Parish between the years 2017 and 2022 on four victims under the age of 13.

First Degree Rape – Victim Under the Age Thirteen on or between March 29, 2021 and May 30, 2022, Victim 1
COUNT 2
First Degree Rape – Victim Under the Age Thirteen on or between May 23, 2019 and May 22, 2020, Victim 2
COUNT 3
Sexual Battery Involving Victim Under the Age of Thirteen on or between May 23, 2017 and May 22, 2020, Victim 2
COUNT 4
Molestation of A Juvenile on or between May 23, 2020 and November 30, 2021, Victim 2
COUNT 5
Sexual Battery Involving Victim Under the Age of Thirteen on or between March 29, 2021 and May 30, 2022, Victim 1
COUNT 6
Aggravated Crime Against Nature Victim Under the Age of Thirteen on or between May 17, 2017 and October 26, 2022, Victim 3
COUNT 7
Sexual Battery Involving Victim Under the Age of Thirteen on or between May 7, 2017 and May 6, 2020, Victim 3
COUNT 8
Molestation of A Juvenile on or between May 7, 2020 and November 1, 2022, Victim 4
Assistant District Attorney Ysonde Boland presented the case to the Grand Jury. Detective Corrine Ringo of the St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.
