District Attorney’s Office Provides Training For Criminal Justice Professionals


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FRANKLINTON—District Attorney Warren Montgomery’s Office hosted its annual training for criminal justice system professionals on Oct. 29 and Oct. 31 at the Bogue Chitto State Park Conference Center.

The Lewis V. Murray, III, Memorial Training For Law Enforcement, Prosecutors, And Judges drew participants from the Louisiana State Park Rangers, Department of Corrections and Public Safety, Louisiana Probation and Parole Office, Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office, Bogalusa Police Department, and Franklinton Police Department.

Featured speakers included the following: Assistant District Attorneys David Merlin Duke, Shea Penton, David Craig, Iain Dover and David Weilbaecher; Joseph Dominick of the Florida Parishes Detention Center; Susan Johnannsen of the State of Louisiana, Community Forensic Services; and Stephen Allport and Robert Weir of the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
