District Attorney Warren Montgomery was the guest speaker Wednesday night at the St. Tammany Municipal Association’s Quarterly Meeting in Folsom. The lovely Southern Charm Event Center was packed to capacity with city, town, and village leaders from throughout St. Tammany Parish, as well as state and parish officials and candidates, who all mingled over drinks and great food and listened to D.A. Montgomery’s message about the progress his administration has made over the past four years.
