As part of District Attorney Warren Montgomery’s Kids L.E.A.D. (Legal Education and Discovery) Program, 8th graders at Pitcher Junior High today heard from Lori Chauvin, FBI Community Outreach Specialist. She shared information about the FBI’s campaign “It’s Not A Joke #thinkbeforeyoupost,” regarding hoax threats and how seriously the federal government takes these “jokes.” She shared the story of a life-altering decision made by a student to post such a hoax online.
